Located in Hartland and named after the Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) river that runs beside the trail network, the Becaguimec Trails aka “The Bec” offer a cross-country experience in Western NB.

Check out Hell Eddy’s Loop by riding up the Trailhead to the main trailhead sign before continuing on to the Access Rd. For more distance, add on Upstream and Lower Upstream.
Check out River Queen by riding up the Trailhead to the main trailhead sign. Continue on to the Loop Connector, Upstream, The Chat, and Handy Andy.
Access Rd to River Queen, Loop Connector to Upstream, descend The Chat into Lower Chat. Add on Hell Eddy’s Loop to climb the steep switchbacks on Lower Upstream, Upstream, Winter’s Loop, and On the Edge. Ride counterclockwise on Hell Eddy’s Loop to get back to top – lap this as much as your legs can take.
